In a week where I never found the gym, worked far more hours than I really care to and definitely played less guitar than I like, I was glad to see the scale this morning still heading in the right direction. Two-hundred-seventy (270) pounds.
Slowly but (hopefully) surely I'm losing...

Slow = healthy. By June you could have 40 lbs off, and not go to the gym.
